Haakon Bryhni (Chairman), Nunatak AS
	Haakon Bryhni, born 1968, holds a PhD in high speed communication and multiprocessor server systems from University of Oslo and an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Telecommunication Systems. Bryhni's professional experience includes research related to packet radio protocols at Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, and high speed Internet protocols at Apple Research Labs in Cupertino, CA. Bryhni was co-founder of Advanced Communication Technology in 1998 with focus on communication system design, IP protocol stack and embedded system development. This company was acquired by Birdstep Technology ASA in 2000, where Bryhni served as CTO until 2006. In Birdstep, Bryhni pioneered software solutions for mobile Internet enabled by WiFi and Mobile IP. Bryhni is co-founder and partner of Nunatak AS. He is also assistant professor at the University of Oslo, Department of Informatics. In 2003, Bryhni received the Telenor research award.
Ingvild Myhre
	Ingvild Myhre holds an Msc in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. She has experience from several senior executive positions in private and public sectors. The last four years she has led Network Norway, which she helped to establish as the third largest mobile operator in Norway. She has previously held senior positions in both the energy and ICT sector, amongst others as CEO of Alcatel Telecom and Telenor Mobil. She also has 17 years of board experience in both private and public sectors, large and small companies, national and international.
Mats Rødum, Norinnova Forvaltning AS
	Mats Rødum holds an MSc in Economics with specialization in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv. Rødum is an Investment Advisor at Norinnova Forvaltning. His previous professional career includes positions as CFO at Drytech AS and auditer in KPMG.
Svein Anders Tunheim, Vallenus AS
	Svein Anders Tunheim holds an MSc in Microelectronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has worked as research scientist within mixed signal integrated circuit (IC) design at SI and SINTEF. He was co-founder and CTO of Chipcon AS, a world leading supplier of low power radio frequency ICs and radio protocol solutions. Chipcon was acquired by Texas Instruments (TI) in January 2006 and Tunheim served until 2008 as Technical Director of the TI's Low Power RF business unit. He is now owner and managing director of his private investment company, Vallenus AS.
Dag Brattli, founder and CTO
	Dag Brattli holds an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Tromsø. After a short stay with IBM Norway, he went back to the University to pursue a PhD within mobile communications. Following an offer to work for Fast Search & Transfer ASA, he interrupted his PhD studies after 3 years. In FAST, Dag worked as project manager developing the mobile search service. From 1996 to 2000, Dag developed the open source Linux-IrDA stack that has a particular status in today's IrDA development. The Linux-IrDA community has been managed by Dag since the beginning in 1996. In 2001 he co-founded ObexCode AS together with Haakon Bryhni and Ivar Søvold from Nunatak AS.
